Tube / Image Terms Of Use
1. Licensed tubes may not exceed 72 dpi or measure more than 7.5 inches (540 pixels) on the longest side.
2. My copyright must be clearly displayed on all creations using my work, as well as you license number. This must be clear and legible. Example: Art ©Amanda Fontaine, http://madebymanda.com (Your License Number)
3. Do not use my art with other artists work. You can however use your own made elements and other non-royalty elements, ie: scrap kits that do not require a © symbol in the credit..
4. You may not profit from my work in any way.
5. Nudity may be covered slightly by embellishment elements such as stars, sparkle, text, bars and shapes. Clothing may not be added or cloned without prior written approval.
6. Incredimail stationary: My copyright much be embedded onto each section that contains my art (header, side border etc), as well as in the footer.
7. You MAY animate my art.
8. Greyscaling of images, mirroring or transposing is allowed, as well as monotone color changes. However, any other color changes is unacceptable. You cannot pick and choose where to add or change the colors. Any changes must be a single hue/tone.You may not make a blonde tube into a redhead, blue eyes to green etc.
9. Under no circumstance is the sharing of tubes allowed. This is a direct violation of my copyright. Anyone found to be in violation will have all licenses revoked and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
10. Blank tags, stationary headers, desk top themes, ect is strictly prohibited. All creations must have either a saying (for example a "snag tag") or a personalized name on them. If creating a stationary side border, text is not required, however, plese refer to TOU #6 for crediting details.
11. No licensed images may be used for printing or publishing offline. Licensed images are for online/digital use only.

Scrap Kit / Element Terms Of Use
1. You may use these with other artist work in your creations.
2. Under no circumstance is the sharing of my scrap kits allowed. Sharing my work is a direct violation of my copyright. Anyone found to be in violation will have all licenses revoked and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
3. Please credit as simply: "Scrap Kit By Amanda Fontaine".
4. Any use must be for non-profit.
5. Not to be used for publications, mass distribution or commercial projects.
