Q. How do I obtain a license to use your work?
A. Simply send an email to admin@madebymanda.com with the subject "License Number", and someone will get back to you shortly with your new license number :o).

Q. The tubes I downloaded are in .psp format, but I have a mac. How can I open them in Photoshop?
A. I supply files in .png format by request only. Just send an email to admin@madebymanda.com with your request and I will get the images to you ASAP.

Q. I have waited for over 3 days for my images/tubes/license... what should I do?
A. Please email admin@madebymanda.com if you have not received your tubes within 12 hours. You should receive your tubes/kits immediately in most cases through your account. However, there could be a reason within Paypal's system that could be the delay and the administration will look into it immediately.

Q. How do I order a gift license/tubes for a friend?

Q. I hold an AMI license for your work. Is my license still valid with them?
A. Yes, your license is a lifetime use license. You will not need to exchange your license, but that option will be coming soon if you would like to.


Q. I want to purchase via mail. Do you have an option for this?
A. Yes, if you wish not to purchase via the internet you can contact admin@madebymanda.com and we will give you further details on how to proceed.
